We love data at Tansley. Data tells a customer story that helps us understand whether we are achieving desired results. Since it’s the holiday season, we share the outcome of an online strategy we delivered for a Montreal Christmas tree farm.
We intended to develop a simple website and digital strategy that boosted website traffic, social media engagement, and sales. With Covid-19 still causing disruptions with in-person purchases, we focused on creating a clear and straightforward narrative that helped customers order Christmas trees and holiday decorations that the company delivers to their door.
Our Creative Director, David Gascon, designed a playful presentation that included strategic copy and a straightforward user path that empowered them to load their cart with what they need for the holidays. Next, I developed an online strategy that relied on Mailchimp email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO optimization to promote the website. While the website and plan were simple, the generated growth was significant!
