We are not consultants. We are strategic partners to businesses that desire sustainable growth. Our backgrounds are diverse, but we share a singular commitment: helping meaningful brands succeed.
With more than six decades of combined experience across strategy, design, and technology, we have supported hundreds of businesses through moments of change and uncertainty. Our focus is simple: to protect what you are building, understand what is holding you back, and create tangible solutions that empower your business to grow.
We seek operators who see opportunity in friction. Whether strategic architects, systems engineers, or creative directors, our team leans into the hard problems most agencies avoid. We believe the strongest solutions come from honest conversations, shared accountability, and the courage to challenge what does not serve the work.
Etienne Allard’s career is defined by a rare ability to see the full picture—an instinct for connecting moving parts that most people overlook. With a foundation in filmmaking and a trajectory that has taken him through television production, construction management, and international project coordination, Etienne brings a truly panoramic perspective to every initiative he touches. His skill as a project manager is not merely organizational; it is architectural, shaping how teams, timelines, and objectives align into a coherent whole.
Etienne began his professional journey in the world of film, where he honed his craft as a production manager—learning to orchestrate complex creative endeavors under pressure and within tight constraints. That experience cultivated a discipline and resourcefulness that would serve him well as he transitioned into television and, later, into the construction industry, where he took on ambitious international projects. Each chapter of his career reinforced his capacity to manage complexity, navigate diverse stakeholders, and deliver results at scale.
In 2025, Etienne joined Tansley as an advisor in strategic development, bringing his cross-industry expertise to an agency built on the belief that brands are shaped through collaboration and bold thinking. His 360-degree vision of project management—an ability to anticipate challenges, connect opportunities, and unify diverse teams around a shared objective—makes him an invaluable asset in Tansley’s mission to empower entrepreneurs and build enduring brands.
Beyond his advisory role, Etienne embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that Tansley champions. He is the founder of Tailgate Café, a venture that delivers unique coffee blends across the province of Quebec directly from a pickup truck—a concept as unconventional as it is compelling. Supported by Tansley, Tailgate Café reflects Etienne’s belief that great ideas don’t need to follow conventional paths to make an impact. It is this same restless creativity and drive that he brings to every project at Tansley, where creating value in a noisy world is not just a tagline but a daily practice.
