Erahm Christopher

Creative Strategist and Co-Founder
Erahm Christopher is an accomplished filmmaker, social strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker renowned for his ability to forge authentic connections through impactful storytelling. His career began when he created the influential Teen Truth series, which led him to address crucial issues within challenging educational settings across North America. Over time, Erahm expanded his scope, founding an educational content company, directing the feature film Listen, and spearheading mental health initiatives in communities across North America. His films and live experiences have connected with audiences of over 8 million people. Erahm is also an acclaimed author of several books, a TEDx speaker, and a contributor to the Washington Post. His combination of storytelling finesse and strategic planning enables him to work seamlessly with governments, nonprofits, and businesses worldwide. In 2020, Erahm helped launch Tansley with a clear goal: to revolutionize how entrepreneurial businesses engage with their audiences through storytelling. Looking ahead, Erahm is eager to merge his varied professional experiences to enhance Tansley’s ability to craft meaningful brand narratives that speak to customers and drive tangible business growth. When he’s not strategizing at Tansley, Erahm loves to be outdoors—whether skiing in winter or kiteboarding in summer—and values the balance these activities bring to his busy life. He treasures time spent with his family, embracing the philosophy that life’s best lived with a blend of meaningful work, connections, and activity.

David Gascon

Creative Director and Partner
David Gascon’s career blends creativity and leadership in film and advertising, underscored by his deep passion for visual storytelling. After six years of academic training in filmmaking, David has spent over two decades as a director, producer, and cinematographer, significantly influencing both fields. He also contributed to film education, teaching for seven years and directing a film school in Montreal. Transitioning his focus to design, David co-founded his agency in 2019 and rebranded as Tansley in 2021 with partners Mathieu Guérin and Erahm Christopher. As the creative director of Tansley, he is committed to empowering entrepreneurs by shaping enduring brands and fostering a collaborative environment for diverse talents to thrive. At Tansley, David embraces the opportunity to create value in a noisy world, empower entrepreneurs, and build a legacy that aligns with his personal and professional aspirations. This role allows him to integrate his passion for filmmaking and teaching with his leadership in marketing, making Tansley not just a company but an extension of his values. David is an avid traveler and photographer, capturing breathtaking scenes from Iceland to Indonesia. He enjoys camping and star gazing, which allow him to connect with nature and escape the bustle of city life. While he is happy to have achieved many career milestones, David’s greatest source of pride is his son, Hadrien, who constantly inspires him to appreciate the value of life each day.

Mathieu Guérin

Chief Technology Officer and Partner
Mathieu Guérin has sharpened his expertise in digital marketing and web visibility over fifteen years, backed by a solid foundation in administrative technology and e-commerce from UQAM. As Tansley’s CTO, Mathieu drives strategies that do more than function—they succeed, delivering quantifiable wins for our clients. He’s more than just the tech-savvy brain behind Tansley; he’s a visionary who has founded and steered two successful companies, mastering the complex world of digital strategies that elevate brands to industry leadership. At Tansley, Mathieu finds a perfect match for his dynamic, results-driven approach, ensuring that strategies are flawlessly executed to ensure clients exceed their objectives. Mathieu particularly values concrete metrics and genuine client relationships that define our work at Tansley. Away from the digital landscape, Mathieu seeks the tranquility and thrill of the ski slopes, where he recharges among mountain vistas and cherishes quality time with his family. His life revolves around three core values: family and friends, respect for others, and honesty. The commitment and care Mathieu brings to his personal life are also integral to his professional. Stella Witcher

Content Creator
Stella Witcher has experienced an international life as a New York native who has grown up abroad, bringing a global perspective to her role as a content creator from time lived in London, Singapore, Colombia, and now Montreal. Over the last decade, Stella has built a dynamic career as a content creator and producer across journalism, marketing, and the arts. With a Master’s in Art Direction from the University of the Arts in London, Stella has led dynamic marketing and arts campaigns for top firms like Edelman, McKinsey, and Clickhub, collaborating with staple brands like Swarovski, Vans, and Tate Britain. Her work blends multimedia storytelling with immersive cultural experiences, fostering community-building and promoting innovative thinking. Since relocating to Montreal in 2022, Stella has made Tansley her professional home, where she leverages her storytelling prowess and artistic vision to ignite passion through marketing. Stella values the authentic relationships and creative freedom that set the agency apart, ensuring that each day is filled with new challenges and opportunities for growth. Outside of work, Stella’s love for hiking, skiing, and reading connects her with nature and inspires her imagination, further influencing her creative output. Her unconventional life path, woven through various industries and cultures, has continuously enriched her perspective and skills. Stella is dedicated to merging her passion for marketing with the arts to advocate for small businesses, marginalized communities, and inclusivity in the creative sectors. In her professional and personal life, Stella boldly explores new horizons and embraces the stories that shape our world.

Mathieu Généreux

Creative Writer and Social Community Manager
From a young age, Mathieu Généreux has been immersed in reading and writing, a passion that led him from communications studies to literature. Now, as a creative writer and social community manager at Tansley, he blends his love for storytelling with a deep thirst for knowledge, crafting inspiring stories for diverse clients. Mathieu’s academic background in literature and communications enriches his approach, allowing him to adapt his writing style to meet each client’s unique needs in fresh and engaging ways. At Tansley, Mathieu loves the daily variety our diverse client base brings. He finds Tansley uniquely empowering due to its strong community spirit and the varied backgrounds of the team, which encourage rich discussions and a broad exchange of ideas. Mathieu is an avid consumer of culture—devouring literature, films, and music. These interests fill his leisure time and fuel his professional creativity, providing unique ideas and perspectives. He is fascinated by AI tools’ potential to better target and diversify client content. His openness to continual experimentation is a testament to his contributions as a Creative Writer.

Catherine Gérin

Graphic Designer
Born in Laval during the vibrant ’80s, Catherine Guérin has always been driven by a profound passion for the creative world. Her educational path led her from graduate studies in visual arts at Concordia University to a professional degree in graphic design. Over the years, Catherine has honed distinctive visual identities, websites, and illustrations for a diverse clientele across Canada and the United States. Choosing Tansley was a natural fit for Catherine, attracted by the company’s unwavering professionalism, deep-rooted human values, and a culture that pulses with creativity. She finds that Tansley’s ethos mirrors hers, forging a value-driven workplace where creativity is encouraged and thrives. Looking ahead, Catherine is keen to dive deeper into motion design and photography, aiming to add a dynamic layer to her visual storytelling skills. She is an avid drawer, reader of fine books, and lover of typography, contemporary art, and fashion. Felix Lemay

Graphic Designer
Felix Lemay is a versatile artist with a deep passion for creating, a trait that has defined his fifteen-year career in visual arts. Trained as a graphic designer but a painter at heart, Felix has dabbled in an impressive array of mediums and roles, from illustration, ceramics, and painting to set design and video animation. His rich and diverse career path reflects his commitment to living vividly, regardless of the medium. Currently, he contributes his broad skill set to Tansley, where his artistic versatility thrives in a collaborative work environment. Tansley’s philosophy—to prosper by aiding the growth of others—resonates deeply with Felix and aligns with his professional ethos. He values the independence and open communication at Tansley, which enriches his work experience and contributes greatly to his job satisfaction. Additionally, Felix tackles renovation and construction projects at home, allowing him to work with his hands and bring his artistic visions to life in a different format. Gabriel Boulanger

Web Programmer
Gabriel Boulanger’s career in the web industry began as a student at the Centre de Formation Professionnelle des Riverains. After further honing his skills at Cégep de Maisonneuve in the Technique d’Intégration Multimédia program, Gabriel transitioned from an intern to a full-time web integrator at Innomatiques. His professional journey was pivotal when he followed his colleague, Mathieu Guérin, to join Tansley at its start-up phase, co-founded with David Gascon and Erahm Christopher. At Tansley, Gabriel has broadened his horizons beyond web integration, tackling projects ranging from crafting newsletters to diving into advanced programming. He enjoys Tansley’s supportive culture and how every project brings a chance to push boundaries and learn something new. Gabriel’s passion for tech is both professional and personal. He is a devout gamer who loves the immersion of losing himself in virtual, reality-defying worlds. Gabriel’s relentless pursuit of learning keeps his career fascinating and his contributions to Tansley invaluable.
